Testimonials:
"Cannot recommend this workshop highly enough. Kate is a fountain of knowledge and such a calm, reassuring presence - exactly what you need in the lead up to labour. My partner found it so valuable to have a male presence there in Jason. The combination of theory and practice in the workshop was really fantastic, it made the day really engaging and I think will really help us remember everything so we can draw on the knowledge when it’s needed." - Kate & Joseph
"I wish we had done these classes with our first, would have avoided a traumatic birth. The class gave us a lot of tools to help us have a physiological birth at home. The connection, body and sound work was not only great to practise with partner but really enjoyable.
Very educational for both birthing women and birth partners! Couldn’t recommend higher!" - Emma & Peter

About Jason:
As the father of 2 adult daughters, I have been through the trials of being a father to babies and the struggles it can introduce into a relationship.Having spent the last 10 years and more supporting men 1-on-1 and in workshops/retreats, along with studying relationship dynamics and communication, I have learned a lot about how birthing partners can hold the masculine while being in relationship. My role at this workshop is to give a man's perspective on the birth experience and share with the partners how they can best support themselves and the birthing mother during these dynamic times in pregnancy and beyond.
